“ Checking out this new place.in Nashua. Very spacious with plenty of room at the bar. Got right in for a table. I had the Omni Smash burger on an onion roll and upgraded to Waffle Fries for $2Wife had the Tikka Twist pizza (spicy). Burger bun was a little flat but that omni sauce was amazing. ”

“ Omnium Brewing in Nashua, NH for a few pours & a good double smash burger. I had been meaning to get here since they first finally opened in January 2025 after over half a year of battling red tape. It's wild that Nashua, NH has six different breweries alone in the downtown area with nine altogether in the city. I had been to the Somersworth, NH Omnium location a couple years ago in April 2023 & had been buying singles when I saw them available in the wild as well so I was familiar with their beer already. With what looked to be 35 different beers on tap I had plenty of options to choose from, but figured I'd try some of the spicy beers since I've been digging those a lot lately. I started off with a GALE Pale Ale, a nice drinkable average pale ale that was a great starter before I got into the heaters. My second pour was the FIRE ON THE RED Red Ale, a really good red that was super crisp & refreshing. I've definitely become a fan of reds in the past year or so, a very underrated style. My third beer was the TANG & FLAME Sour, it was different being made with chilies, guava & juicy fruit, but it was good & had some nice subtle heat in the finish. My last pour was the EL FUEGO SPICY Pale Ale, the beer of the visit here for sure. The perfect balance of spice & fruit with a lingering burn the whole time I was drinking it. I ordered a double Omni Smash Burger with American cheese, pickles & Omni sauce on a potato roll. It was a good average smash burger, but I wouldn't run back to order it again. The fries were the cheapest frozen fries you can buy unfortunately, but I have seen a decline of french frie quality recently at a few of my favorite burger spots as well. The next time I'm here I'll probably try a different burger option & mix it up. The restaurant is really large inside with plenty of seating options including a pretty big bar, hightops & tables. There are plenty of cans to go here for home or tastings. Well worth checking out if you haven't checked them out yet! “ Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you! This spacious industrial brewery/restaurant near Nashua City Hall offers a truly unique experience. Their menu blends classic brewery fare with surprisingly delicious Indian street food, like bhel, aloo tikki slider and samosa chaat, which pair perfectly with their extensive selection of IPAs and pilsners. The cocktails are also a hit, and the service is solid. With tasty, spicy food and good vegetarian options, it's a must-try for a fun outing with friends and family. Update 04/18 : On my second visit, food quality was a major letdown. Samosa chaat was missing chickpeas and rice-chickpea bowl was flavorless and missing chickpeas. Reducing the rating for now, will visit one more time before further re-rating. I am rooting for better experience next time. Update 06/20. Food, brew and service is good now. Moved the star up. “ This is a great spot in nashua. Both the food and drinks are unique and tasty. I had a flight with the DELHI CHHOLE BOWL and SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DIP. The menu is Indian inspired and offers a mix of unique dishes as well as American fare favorites. I think it would add to the atmosphere if there were activities like shuffle board, cornhole, darts etc. I’ve also had mixed quality of service, I chalk that up to being recently opened. I will definitely return and look to try different dishes! ”
“ We came for dinner on a Thursday night and had a great time. The brewery is large, spacious and airy. They have a nice “patio” out back for when the weather is nice. I started with a $13 flight. 4 5 oz beers for $13. Not bad. I tried the Blueberry Bubble Pop sour, the Tangerine Tangy, a Torchmelon and a Watermelon Wonderfruit Ale. I actually enjoyed all of them, but the BBP and the Torchmelon were my favorites. The blueberry wasn’t too sour as some can be, and the torchmelon had a nice kick of jalapeño to it. I also tried a Wheat Me At The Berry raspberry beer ($4) that was really good. A 16oz pour is $4 on Wednesday and Thursday, perfect! The appetizer was a potato and pea Samosa ($10) which was crispy with just the right amount of heat. My entree was a Mexican Torta ($17). It was probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The menu is eclectic, but has a lot of unexpected things on it like the torta. There were also a lot of Indian dishes which I though was really interesting. Lots of gluten free and vegetarian options. I had a great time and a great meal. Service was also perfect. I will definitely be going back. ”

The brussel sprouts were deep fried and not too sweet, per earlier reviewer. There were staff that was excited about working and others disconnected. Bartender came off frazzled during our visit. ”
